Continuous Vulcanization at Gummi Hansen
Our continuous production line makes small, straight rubber profiles. It uses two extruders and an electric hot-air tunnel to cure the rubber. This system is perfect for large orders, multi-cavity molds, and very precise parts. We make profiles out of soft rubber and FKM sponge rubber.
