Through extrusion, the precisely profiled semi-finished products are created from the compound as an intermediate product.
The screw plasticises the compound, builds up a uniform melt pressure, and forces it through the profiling die.
Despite mostly differing cross-sections, a uniform flow behaviour must achieve a straight exit of the raw profile.
