Gummi Hansen places great value on the training and continuous development of its employees. In October 2024, Dr Bukurije Hustedt successfully completed her advanced studies at the German Institute of Rubber Technology (DIK), while our employee Alexandra Leitner began her advanced studies this year. Both head our Research and Development department.

Since its early industrial beginnings, the rubber industry has evolved into a high-tech sector whose products are now indispensable to almost all other branches of industry and daily life. The requirements for elastomer products have risen steadily over the years and will continue to grow in the future. The fact that we, as a company with a history spanning more than 120 years, have been able to successfully meet these challenges is primarily thanks to the innovative spirit and great commitment of our employees.
