Since 2022, as QA Management Representative at Gummi Hansen, Onur has been responsible for the central interface between production and the customer. His focus: stable, high product quality, traceable processes, and fast, practical solutions. His core responsibilities include:

• Final inspection of goods prior to dispatch
• In-line monitoring directly on the production line
• Preparation and maintenance of measurement logs
• Compilation of ISIR documents (Initial Sample Inspection Report)
• Complaint management, including cross-departmental coordination

Our QA is far more than just a "final check":
In addition to mechanical deflashing, complex or large-volume moulded parts are manually finished and subjected to a 100% visual inspection. This ensures we maintain a rigorous focus on functionally relevant characteristics.

Furthermore, we conduct product-specific testing, such as:

• Concentricity and surface inspections for elastic roller coverings
• Pressure testing for reinforced elbows and pneumatic seals
• Testing for leak tightness, compressibility, and deformation travel for expansion joint sleeve segments – in accordance with customer-specific test plans.
